30-40 percent of consumers today engage in "recessionary" behaviors (e.g., searching for deals, using coupons) even more than they did during the recession.

58 percent of consumers have tried a new brand in the last 3 months that they didn’t even know about one year ago.

Only one third of consumers have a brand in mind when they go shopping.
